We don’t talk about AI in the abstract. Here’s what it looks like when we actually do the work.
DGA Careers had a workflow that worked but ate hours. Their team was doing high-judgment placement work in between a lot of routine, repetitive tasks. We sat down with a real week of work, found the parts of the job AI could carry, and built around those. Then we handed it over so the team could run it without us.
“Rather than trying to force AI into every part of the job, he helped identify where it could actually support me, giving me back hours each week and allowing me to stay more focused, organized, and present for the people side of our business.”
Kim Ehman, Vice President, DGA CareersA national retailer’s L&D team wanted to go from AI-curious to AI-capable. We didn’t hand them a slide deck. We ran a hands-on learning series, built custom tools for their actual workflows, and walked them through creating their own Copilot agents. All within the Microsoft 365 environment they were already using.
A Calgary restaurant had no way to make sense of their own sales data. Everything was manual and scattered. We built them a custom analytics platform with automated pipelines and a dashboard that gave them insights they’d never had before. Then we taught the owner how to maintain and update the whole thing themselves using Claude AI. They haven’t needed us since.
A Calgary ML startup needed someone who could build the full data pipeline behind their product. Scraping, cleaning, processing, and feeding it all into predictive models. We worked alongside their team of PhDs to build and refine the ML models, while making sure the business requirements from the C-suite actually made it into the technical spec.
Take the diagnostic to see where you stand, or just reach out. We’re happy to talk through it.
